Gala- Visual Entry Form

Read Carefully.

This is the application form to submit works into the Artsville Fest / ArtLink Art Gala that will be held October 2, 2025. This show will be part of the 2025 Artsville Festival. This Art Gala is open to all amateur artists.

Make sure to read through the entirety of this form, included are all deadlines and details about your submission.

Artwork Specs: All art work must be within the medium and size guidelines. All hung art must be no bigger than 20"x24" including frame and ready to hang using wire. All sculpture/3D art must not exceed 20"x24" and be stable

Delivery of works: Artwork must be hand delivered to ArtLink Studio located at 98 Franklin St, Clarksville, TN. 37040 on Thursday September 26th between the hours of 2pm- 8pm

Save this Date

Return of works: Pick up art that has not sold night of the Gala Oct 2nd, after the event has ended. Artwork not taken night of the Gala must be picked up from ArtLink Studio on Oct 9th between 2-8pm. All works not picked up are considered donations and will become the property of ArtLink. Email for any specific needs or details.

Notification of Acceptance: Artists will be contacted through email by September 18, 2025 with notice of acceptance.

ENTRY DEADLINE: SEPT 11, 2025 - All entries are non- refundable and non-transferable. All entries must be submitted by the deadline. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

I understand that ArtLink will not be held liable for any loss or damages to artwork for the duration of the show.
