Artsville Fest brings thousands of visitors downtown each fall for a full day of art, music, and community connection. Our vendor marketplace highlights local artisans, creative small businesses, and food trucks who help shape the energy and experience of the festival while connecting directly with an engaged local audience.

We are now accepting applications for artisan vendors and food trucks and trailers to participate in the Artisan Alley Marketplace at Artsville Fest.

In addition to the event itself, participating vendors are promoted across Artsville platforms to help maximize visibility before and during the festival.

ARTISAN VENDORS

Original handmade goods, fine art, and creative products
Each artisan vendor receives a 10x10 space for tent and table setup
Tents may not exceed 10x10 and must be properly weighted
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and displays

FOOD VENDORS

Space provided within the designated Food Zone
Truck or trailer dimensions are required during application
Vendors must be fully self-contained
No electrical power is available on site

VENDOR PRICING

Artisan Vendor: $150
Food Truck / Trailer: $250

Nonprofit organizations are selected by the Artsville committee and participate in connection with designated community art projects.

Important Vendor Information

No power is available on site
Tents may not exceed 10x10 and must have proper weights or they will be asked to remove the tent
Vendors must provide all equipment needed for their setup
Load-in and load-out schedules will be communicated closer to the event date
This is a rain or shine event

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Complete the online vendor application.
Submit required photos and business details.
Applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and high-quality vendor mix.
Once accepted and payment is completed, you will receive a vendor form collecting final details needed for marketing and logistics.
Final event instructions will be sent prior to the festival.
