Artsville Fest is powered by the creativity, dedication, and teamwork of volunteers who make it all happen, from the early planning meetings to the final cleanup on festival day. If you love art, community, and collaboration, there’s a place for you on the Artsville team.

Whether you’re interested in helping organize the festival throughout the year or joining us for a hands-on role during the big event, volunteering is a fun and meaningful way to get involved.

volunteer Roles

​​Festival Day Volunteers

Join us on October 3, 2026, and help keep the day running smoothly! Festival day volunteers assist with setup and teardown, greet guests, guide artists and vendors, manage the Kid Zone and Chalk Walk, and make sure every visitor feels welcome. Whether you can give two hours or the entire day, your help makes a difference.

​​​Committee & Planning Team

Help shape the vision of Artsville Fest by joining the volunteer committee that meets year-round. This team collaborates on planning logistics, sponsorships, vendor coordination, entertainment, and community partnerships. It’s a great opportunity for creatives, organizers, and local leaders to bring new ideas to Clarksville’s growing arts scene.

​​Group & Corporate Volunteering
Businesses, schools, and community groups are welcome to volunteer together. We’ll match your team with a project or area that fits your interests and availability — from setup crews to hospitality stations.​​​

Ways to Get Involved

Festival volunteers are needed in a variety of areas before and during the event:

  • Street Team (Pre-Event Marketing) – Help spread the word about Artsville Fest by sharing posters and flyers with local businesses, attending community events, and connecting with residents to raise awareness and excitement before festival weekend.

  • Community Art Project Setup – Assist artists and staff with the setup and preparation of our large-scale art installations and interactive community art experiences. A great role for creative and hands-on volunteers!

  • Setup & Teardown Crew – Help prepare the festival area and assist vendors with loading in and out.

  • Hospitality Team – Greet artists and performers, distribute supplies, and assist at check-in booths.

  • Kid Zone & Family Activities – Help supervise inflatables and ensure families have a safe, enjoyable experience.

  • Artist & Vendor Support – Assist with booth logistics and deliver materials throughout the day.

  • Community Ambassadors – Answer questions, hand out maps, and help guide visitors through the event footprint.​​
