Artsville Fest Performance Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at Artsville Fest! Please complete the application below and carefully read the performance guidelines before signing at the end.

Artsville Fest is a grassroots community arts festival celebrating the incredible talent found throughout Clarksville and the surrounding region. There is no application fee to perform, and selected performances are volunteer opportunities. While performers are not compensated, Artsville provides a platform to showcase local artists, connect with the community, and celebrate the performing arts.

Performance Opportunities

The 'Ville Stage

The 'Ville Stage features larger amplified bands and musical acts that have been curated and selected by the editors of 'Ville Rock & Roll Magazine. This stage is not accepting applications through this form.

Downtown Commons Performance Stage

The Downtown Commons Performance Stage is now accepting applications from:

• Dance studios and dance companies

• Youth performing arts groups

• School and community organizations

• Choirs, orchestras, and other non-amplified musical ensembles

• Cultural performance groups

• Large movement-based or theatrical performances

• Other community performing arts organizations

  
  

This stage is designed to showcase the diversity of performing arts throughout our community while providing an engaging experience for festival attendees.

Please provide a link or upload (or both) of your performance.  This is required before being accepted to be a performer at this year's events.

Terms and Conditions

Artsville Festival Participants agree to the following:

1. Comply with all rules and regulations provided within including, but not limited to, time and sound level regulations.

2. Perform in a safe manner - acts must not endanger themselves, the community or any property in the area. 3. Comply with direction given by Event Staff, City Law Enforcement, Fire & Emergency Services or any other approved agency.

4. Accept voluntary donations from the audience, but may not harass, intimidate or tout for contributions.

5. Provide an appropriate donation collection container that does not obstruct general passage through the area. 6. Ask the audience if necessary, to move aside to allow pedestrians to pass freely. 7. Have adult supervision if under 16 years of age.

8. Not use flammable liquids, knives, swords, chainsaws or any other dangerous instruments, unless a full safety audit and special permission has been issued. Proof of insurance may be required. 9. Not involve animals, reptiles or birds in performances unless special approval has been granted.

10. Not use abusive, offensive or indecent language, mimic or behave in an indecent manner which may offend, discriminate or upset any member of the public. 11. Not leave any foreign materials behind at the end of the performance.

Declaration

In making this application: • I wish to register as a performer at the Clarksville Artsville Fest 2026 • I acknowledge that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance to the Festival. • I confirm that the information contained in this application is correct. • I understand that performance slots are limited and applicants will be notified by email of the status of their applications within 30 days of the festival. If the application is accepted: • I agree to attend the mandatory participant meeting the morning of the Festival. • I acknowledge that I must read the terms and conditions relating to the event. • I acknowledge that participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. • I agree to be on time and communicate with the Event Coordinator if my circumstances change. I also understand that my likeness, images and music may be used for social media and marketing for Artsville Fest.
