Welcome to our fundraising auction. 📣Each item up for bid has been generously donated by our supporters, partners, and sponsors, with all proceeds directly benefiting our cause. By participating in our auction, you're not just acquiring remarkable items; you're also making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

 

How does the silent auction work?
 

1) Bidding: Place bids directly through Zeffy’s auction forms. You can bid on one or multiple items and track updates in real time on the dashboard. The auction will close on october 4 at 7:00 pm.

Please note: If a bid exceeds the Fair Market Value (FMV), you can request a tax-deduction.

 

2) Payment: When the auction ends, winning bids are automatically processed—no extra steps required.

 

3) Notifications: Winners receive a confirmation email and receipt. Non-winners receive a thank-you email for their participation.

 

4) Picking Up Your Auction Item: Winners can pick up their items at ArtLink, 98 Franklin St during normal business hours. If you are unable to pick up your item by October 11th, please email us at artlinkclarksville@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
